First we need to know what a Human Pet is and what the term means. The term Human Pet is often used as an umbrella label for those who participate in Pet Play (as a pet) whether they roleplay as kittens, puppies, ponies, cows etc. But Human Pet also refers to a pet player who does not roleplay a specific animal.
